PUTRAJAYA, Dec 5 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today described Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar’s victory in the Kemaman parliamentary by-election last Saturday as something that may ease the country’s political temperature.
